Dottie’s Smoked Fish Dip is a unique product that we make in our kitchen each week. Our dip is made from fish that we smoke right here at Key Largo Fisheries. We add onions, bell pepper, mayo and other spices to create a great appetizer, sandwich spread or salad topping.

This is more than a dip ! You can make sandwiches with it, cover your fresh sliced tomatoes with it, and feast like it was fresh tuna salad mix ! I buy 2 qts at a time, freeze one while enjoying the other ! No bones about it ! 😁
