*Please note that stone crab season is open from October 15th to May 1st of every year. During off season, we ship "re-freshed" stone crab claws. Re-freshed means we take our freshly frozen claws, and slow thaw them to replicate the perfect flavor & texture of fresh stone crab claws.

Arrived fresh and ice cold. The Claws were excellent. Good size and meaty. Great flavor and kept for 3 days for 3 full meals. Would definitely order again.
I've wanted to order Florida stone crab claws for years but have always been scared away by the price. I finally ordered 6 lbs of jumbo sized claws. They arrived professionally packaged and ice cold. The claws are quite large and very bright in color. The meat was dense and sweet and super fresh. Regarding stone crabs themselves, I'm happy I finally tried it. I don't think I'll be ordering again. Although good, I still prefer king crab and dungeness crab which are both much sweeter and flavorful. Still, Key Largo Fisheries provided a superior product in terms of quality and delivery.
