*Please note that stone crab season is open from October 15th to May 1st of every year. During off season, we ship "re-freshed" stone crab claws. Re-freshed means we take our freshly frozen claws, and slow thaw them to replicate the perfect flavor & texture of fresh stone crab claws.

This season is shaping up to be excellent! Splurge on the colossals…
Thankyou for the great review. We have a lot of people that think the larger the claw, the lesser the flavor. What's your opinion on that? I have found that sometimes the mediums can have a little more, but if I put them side by side with just the meat, I have not been able to differentiate. I like the bigger ones because I can get more meat with less work.
Have enjoyed a lot of Colossal Stone Crab sine we lived in Florida. The crab we received were very good, however, we were not too sure they would be considered "Colossal", perhaps, "Jumbo". Either way we did enjoy them.
When our order came where the meat stuck to shell they immediately
sent a replacement order. My thanks to the head of on line shipping.
