It is the customer’s responsibility to receive the package(s) on the date of delivery. In the event, the customer is not available to receive the package(s) Key Largo Fisheries reserves the right to refuse any refund or reshipment.
In the event that your package is delivered, and something happens after it is left at the address, Key Largo Fisheries does not assume responsibility for the package. All shipments are sent with a Shipper Release clause meaning that as long as the driver feels comfortable leaving the package at the delivery address they will, without requiring a signature. This ensures that our shipments are received within a timely manner due to the perishable nature of our products.
Shipments for priority overnight are Monday-Friday (No Saturday Shipping)
Shipments for Ground (South Florida only) Monday-Thursday (No Friday or Saturday Shipping)
Key Largo Fisheries does not offer refunds.
Lost/Stolen/or Delayed Packages
Key Largo Fisheries is not responsible for lost/stolen/or delayed packages due to weather-related issues. We will assist in starting a claim with the shipping carrier on behalf of our customers!
