So sorry. I looked into your order and it does seem like UPS was not able to deliver. They made an attempts and finally returned the shipment. I am not sure why because they do not provide a reason. We sincerely apologize.
Key Largo Fisheries will always be my go to place for fresh conch and other seafood. They are the best, and very dependable!
I rarely write reviews however I had to write a review for the freshness of the seafood I received from this company. I’m from Homestead Florida and moved to Houston and they don’t carry conch at all. So I stumbled across this name on Facebook and had to give them a try. And I’m glad I did because now I can order my fresh seafood and have it delivered overnight to me. And the packaging was well packed.
