I ordered stone crabs late last month (October). They arrived exactly on time and the packaging was perfect. The quality of the crabs was top notch!!!

I bought several orders of stone crab claws for the holidays and the crab is fantastic. I sent some to my parents for Christmas Eve and then a friends house for NYE. Everyone enjoyed the crab claws and appreciated the special treat.
I will say that the claws can be a little difficult to crack without having small bits of shell all over the place. Some claws would crack without much effort, but quite a few required a substantial whack to get them to break and this sent shells flying. This wouldn't stop me from buying them again. I just don't think they're as easy to deal with as king or snow crab legs.
Will order more seafood again from this place! It arrived on time and also arrived fresh! Tasty seafood!
Great customer Service! I placed an order by phone. "Joe " was helpful , friendly and very personable. The delivery was a fiasco, totally the fault of UPS. Key Largo was most apologetic and offered a complete refund or to re-ship. I wanted my crab so I opted for re-ship. I just received them and I am totally delighted! The crabs are sweet and juicy and the mustard is delicious. Key Largo communicated with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business. Judy in Georgia
