Sweetest, tender shrimp. They have to be deshelled and deveined, but it only takes a few minutes to do that if you have done it before. Cook them any way you like after that. They cook fast and are the most delicious shrimp you have ever tasted!
Tried getting in touch with the company letting them know the shrimp were not fresh. I got no response. I will not be purschasing anything else from them.
Sorry for your experience. How did you try and get in touch with us so that I can look into the lack of customer support? We always recommend in our refund/reship policy to take a photo and send an email, that is the best way to reach us and get a response. All of our pink shrimp from Key West is flash frozen for freshness and then shipped. Shrimp does not ship well unless it is frozen. Our Key West Shrimp is always fresh, it is one of the fasted moving products on our shelves. We are often sold out because we cannot keep it in stock, I am very surprised with this comment, but appreciate your reply. We do our best to make sure that we pack them with enough freeze packs. Shrimp are large and easy to clean. Purchased two packs. They are delicious.
